CHAT SESSION.5
Hi All,
Oh Nooooo, it HAS gone!
I must firstly apologize for my lack of contact for most of last year
It has been, for me, pretty much one I don’t wish to repeat. There have been several health issues come up for both my dear husband and myself.
Wow, I started this back in November and had a fall soon after. Just great, that was all I needed- Not!
Since then, as usual, life has gotten in the way of creativity, UNTIL.. a few weeks before Christmas, then I did something to my thumb, I don’t know what, and it’s still not right, but very slowly improving.
So, it seems we are back on track again, and finally…. I have taken up my brushes with renewed energy, and begun experimenting with texture paste for future abstracts so fingers are crossed. I will post any new work I manage to get done once they are signed and dry, so please stay tuned.

I have a new Art Calendar for 2024, so get in touch if you want one, and I will get the best possible price from my supplier.
It looks great and is a little different from my previous calendars. This time I have added an event each month that is not the usual holiday or celebration event. These are really just for a bit of fun and perhaps even make you aware of something you didn’t know about.
Here is a sneak peak at the monthly photos, all Watercolour for 2024.

As a reminder I also sell cards of some of my art, examples will be coming soon.

Soooo, I have had a great run and produced 4 abstract paintings that I absolutely love. I know it’s too late for Christmas, but if you want one of them you should get in quick as I cannot paint the same one twice. I Can do similar, but they Never turn out the same and I work intuitively on my abstract.
This means that you always get a little piece of me and what I am feeling at the time, as well as the painting to grace your home, or to gift to a loved one.

Lastly for today, I must apologize to you all, and belatedly send my sincerest hope that everyone had a very safe and happy Christmas and New Year.
For us, it was wonderful to have all the family in one home after the last few years of covid keeping us apart.
With all that is still happening her I decided to post this one today even though it is very late. I hope you will forgive my tardiness. I will be having Cataract surgery at the end of January, and beginning of February. While I am looking forward to being able to see everything clearly again, (colours included and are most important for painting of coarse) I admit that I am already feeling somewhat anxious about it.
Thank you for your support during 2023 despite my absence. I am now looking forward to a better 2024 where I can properly update all my pages and web site.
Stay Safe and well, Cheers for now Dianne
